English River at Kalona affecting Washington and Johnson Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...English River at Kalona. * WHEN...From this morning to tomorrow morning. * IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, Water begins approaching several county roads. Agricultural land near the river is flooding. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:00 AM CDT Friday the stage was 15.2 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 15.4 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
