Counties.

Illinois River at Beardstown affecting Brown, Cass, Schuyler and
Morgan Counties.

.The following forecasts are based on observed precipitation, soil
moisture conditions, and forecast precipitation.

* WHAT...Moderate flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Illinois River near Havana.

* WHEN...From this afternoon until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 19.5 feet, Access road to Anderson Lake north
campground closed.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 9:45 AM CDT Friday the stage was 13.8 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
late this afternoon and continue rising to 18.3 feet Friday,
June 19. Additional rises are possible thereafter.
- Flood stage is 14.0 feet.

* IMPACTS...At 15.0 feet, Minor flooding begins to agricultural land
near the river.

- At 8:45 AM CDT Friday the stage was 16.5 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 8:45 AM CDT Friday was 16.5 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage

This hydrologic outlook includes the following river in Illinois:

Spoon River...

Heavy rain over the past two days has caused appreciable rises on
area rivers. The following river information is based on past
rainfall in addition to rainfall over the next 24 hours. The exact
amount, intensity, timing, and location of the rain that will occur
is still uncertain.

The latest forecast for the Spoon River at Seville has river levels
approaching, but not exceeding flood stage. Current expectations are
for the river to crest this evening and then begin to fall. Keep up
to date on the latest forecast information. A flood warning may be
issued if later forecasts push river levels higher.
