issued a Flood Warning for the following rivers in Missouri...

Missouri River at Waverly affecting Lafayette, Carroll and Saline
Counties.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Missouri River at Waverly.

* WHEN...From Sunday morning to Monday evening.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 8:00 PM CDT Saturday the stage was 18.8 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
tomorrow morning to a crest of 20.3 feet early tomorrow
afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage tomorrow evening.
- Flood stage is 20.0 feet.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Grand River near Sumner affecting Linn, Carroll, Livingston and
Chariton Counties.

* WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
forecast.

* WHERE...Grand River near Sumner.

* WHEN...Until Thursday evening.

* IMPACTS...At 23.0 feet, Bottomland 1 to 2 miles south of the gage
begins to flood. At 26.0 feet, Rural land adjacent to the river is
flooded. At 28.0 feet, Rural roads are under water. At 37.0 feet,
State Highway 139 floods a half mile east of Sumner.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 6:45 PM CDT Saturday the stage was 37.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 37.6 feet
tomorrow morning. It will then fall below flood stage late
Wednesday evening.
- Flood stage is 26.0 feet.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Grand River near Brunswick.

* WHEN...Until Thursday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 19.0 feet, Flooding of low-lying areas occurs along
the west bank of the Grand River near the U.S. Highway 24 bridge
about 1 mile west of Brunswick. At 22.0 feet, Low-lying areas along
the east bank of the Grand River near the U.S. Highway 24 bridge
begin to flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 5:00 PM CDT Saturday the stage was 20.9 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 23.0 feet
early Monday afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage
Wednesday afternoon.
- Flood stage is 19.0 feet.
