* WHAT...Northwest winds 15 to 20 knots with gusts up to 25
knots and waves 3 to 4 feet expected.

* WHERE...St Joseph to Grand Haven.

* WHEN...From noon today to 8 PM EDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Northwest winds of 15 to 25 knots this
afternoon will build waves to 3 to 5 feet. Areas of most concern
will be from Grand Haven south to around South Haven.
