...HIGH SURF ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 PM CHST THURSDAY... ...HIGH RIP CURRENT RISK REMAINS IN EFFECT THROUGH THURSDAY AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Large breaking waves of 8 to 10 feet and dangerous rip
currents expected.

* WHERE...West and north facing reefs of the Marianas.

* WHEN...Until 4 PM ChST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Dangerous swimming and surfing conditions and
localized beach erosion. Rip currents can sweep even the best
swimmers away from shore into deeper water.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A strong monsoon pattern continues to
produce hazardous surf and a high risk of rip currents along west
and north-facing reefs through Thursday afternoon, potentially
dropping below hazardous levels tomorrow along north-facing
reefs. The High Surf Advisory and High Rip Current Risk may be
extended again as the monsoon pattern and associated west to
northwest swells, continue into next week.

Information: 
Rip currents will be life threatening. Inexperienced swimmers
should remain out of the water due to dangerous surf conditions.

Rip currents will be life threatening. If caught in a rip
current, relax and float. Don't swim against the current. If
able, swim in a direction following the shoreline. If unable to
escape, face the shore and call or wave for help.
