James River at Galena affecting Stone County. Little Osage River near Horton affecting Vernon County. Osage River at Taberville affecting St. Clair and Vernon Counties. Sac River near Caplinger Mills affecting Cedar County. ...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Kansas... Little Osage River at Fulton affecting Bourbon County. For the James River...including Galena, Boaz...Minor flooding is forecast. For the Little Osage River...including Fulton, Horton...Minor flooding is forecast. For the Osage River...including Taberville...Minor flooding is forecast. For the Sac River...including Caplinger Mills...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Little Osage River at Fulton. * WHEN...Until late this evening. * IMPACTS...At 25.0 feet, Farmland at the gage site becomes covered by flood waters, and Highway 31, east of town becomes flooded. Highway 31, four miles west of Fulton has flood waters four to six feet in depth. 225th Street, near Xavier Road, 1 mile east of Fulton is flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 4:30 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 21.4 feet. - Bankfull stage is 22.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this morning to a crest of 24.2 feet this afternoon.
