Roads and streets may be flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1122 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated slow moving thunderstorms producing rainfall rates of 1 to 2 inches per hour moving into the area. Minor flooding may began shortly after the onset of rainfall. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
