...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 1 AM CDT SATURDAY THROUGH SUNDAY MORNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE...Portions of southeast Kansas, including the following
areas, Bourbon, Cherokee and Crawford and Missouri, including the
following areas, Barry, Barton, Benton, Cedar, Christian, Dade,
Greene, Hickory, Jasper, Lawrence, McDonald, Newton, Polk, St.
Clair, Stone and Vernon.

* WHEN...From 1 AM CDT Saturday through Sunday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water
crossings may be flooded. Area creeks and streams are running high
and could flood with more heavy rain.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Several rounds of showers and thunderstorms are forecast to
move through the area tonight and Saturday bringing a
widespread 2 to 4 inches of rain with locally higher amounts.
