kt with gusts up to 40 kt and seas 9 to 14 ft expected. For
the Gale Warning, east winds 25 to 35 kt with gusts up to 40
kt and seas 10 to 15 ft expected. For the second Small Craft
Advisory, southeast winds 25 to 35 kt with gusts up to 40 kt
and seas 9 to 14 ft expected.

* WHERE...Cape Spencer to Cape Fairweather out to 15 NM.

* WHEN...For the first Small Craft Advisory, from 7 AM Saturday
to 10 AM AKDT Sunday. For the Gale Warning, from 10 AM to 1 PM
