* Flash Flood Warning for...
Northeastern Bexar County in south central Texas...
Comal County in south central Texas...
Northwestern Guadalupe County in south central Texas...
South Central Hays County in south central Texas...

* Until 830 AM CDT.

* At 423 AM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between
1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of
1 to 2 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is
ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms
producing flash flooding.

IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams,
urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.

San Antonio, New Braunfels, San Marcos, Schertz, Seguin, Cibolo,
Universal City, Selma, Canyon Lake Dam, Randolph AFB, Canyon Lake,
Fair Oaks Ranch, Bulverde, Garden Ridge, McQueeney, Marion, Santa
Clara, Staples, Smithson Valley and Spring Branch.

Information:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.
