* WHAT...Southwest winds 15 to 25 kt and seas 8 to 10 feet.

* WHERE...Tinian and Saipan Coastal Waters.

* WHEN...Until 5 PM ChST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Significant west swell, northerly swells
and large localized wind waves are producing sea conditions
hazardous to small craft through at least Thursday afternoon.

Information: 
Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid boating in hazardous conditions.
